Our technology partner is Sodo Factory – a leader in innovative construction systems and modern building materials in Europe. Thanks to this collaboration, we can offer solutions that, just a few years ago, were available only in the most advanced projects worldwide.
Implementation time: even 3–4 months from the ready design and obtained permits
70-80% of the work is done in the factory, and on the plot we focus on fast

Portugal – our inspiration, our context
A house in Portugal must be different from one in Poland or Scandinavia. It requires greater resistance to solar radiation, more effective moisture management, better insulation on hot days, and appropriate passive solutions in winter.
That's why all our projects are created from scratch with the geographic and climatic conditions of the Iberian Peninsula in mind.
This isn't "imported" construction—it's architecture created here, for this place. The houses' frames are constructed using C24-grade spruce and pine wood from Scandinavia, characterized by high strength, dense grain, low moisture content, and a low number of knots. Thanks to its slow growth in a cool climate, this wood is exceptionally resistant to weather and mechanical factors, making it an ideal building material for the Portuguese market.
